Steve Cooper was able to perform two appraisals of an inherited property. One appraisal was for a “date of death” and the other for the current values 11 months later.
Steve negotiated a fair price from our rather detail-particular attorney and quickly went about the assessment process. Apparently, the discussion with the attorney was quite lengthy (as I have also found). His assessment write-up(s) were quite professional and apparently satisfied our picky attorney.
Due to holidays and our attorney’s personal issues, a timely payment was not issued to Steve. He was patient and understanding about the non-payment problem. We were able to work out an alternate payment method and the whole matter was satisfactory concluded.
His work is recommended by us.
